On Saturday, April 22, 2006 at 6:15 am my mother passed away.  It has been soooo hard.  I feel like I have lost my everything.  She was my best friend.  We laughed together and cried together.  As most of you know I am the biggest momma's baby and have never minded being called that.  But, my mom was sick.  She was tired of being sick, and her poor body just couldn't take it anymore.  She isn't sick anymore and she isn't in pain anymore.  Thank God for His grace so we can know that, and have that assurance.  I just feel so alone now.  I don't have my mom to call and get advice from anymore, or just to call when I miss her.  I can't allow myself to dwell on those things though.  I am thankful for the 20 years that I had with her and all of the fun times we shared.  

I just wanted to say thank you so much to everyone for your prayers and kind thoughts of me and my family over the past few days.  The loss of my momma has been extremely hard for us all, but my friends have been so good to me and have made this situation a lot easier.  Thank all of you for coming to my momma's funeral and visitation.  Thank you for coming and just being with me.  It helps a lot to have all of you guys around. 

Stress is starting to kick in for me.  Got a test monday and don't know where to start!  well except asking Brandon Dillon for help...lol..thanks B!  Got a 5 page paper due next thursday....ughhhh!  Then some labs due wednesday...haven't even started! ha!  But it's all good...I'm trying to stay calm...can ya'll tell!  Going to New Orleans friday morning....then I got to work friday afternoon, then preview day saturday along with cheerleader try-outs saturday morning!  FUN FUN FUN! 

I'm ready for summer!  I can't wait to go to the beach...anyone feeling like a drive to the beach soon...cause I am!  WOOOHOOO!  Welp....holla at ya girl!  lol....tootles

I can't wait to babysit for you Sam...me and emily gonna PARTY!  oh yeah...

I've also come to a new conclusion...I am soooo way to giving.  Do you ever find yourself being the one to say oh I'll get it or I'll do that or don't worry about it ....then later you think why did I offer????  I was being so nice now I'm the one screwed????  Or you expect ppl to be as nice to you as you are to them?  People are mean...and sometimes not to caring!  It seems like I do that all the time....uggghhhh....well I'm gonna stop....I'm finally realizing that it is not my responsibility to make everyone else happy.  well sorry folks...I just got on my soapbox for a second there...I'm done now!
